Spinco has developed the ability over the years to manufacture very unique and innovative custom tubing assemblies. Our customers consistently rely on Spinco to provide defect free brazed products. Our copper brazed assembly capabilities incorporate all of our fabrication experience and quality practices to assure quality finished products at the most reasonable cost.   Whether your needs are simple brazed assemblies or complex assemblies,  we can meet your needs.

All brazed tubing assemblies use fixtures to assure consistent manufacturing and to assure that each assembly meets the specifications of the drawings. Our fixtures are designed and made in our tool & die department.

All brazed assemblies are made so they are purged with Nitrogen to assure the prevention of internal contamination from being introduced. This is especially important when using the new refrigerants and P.O.E. oils.

We encourage our customers to provide inquiries early in the design stages to allow our technical support team to incorporate our techniques and capabilities to help minimize manufacturing costs. Often component parts can be reduced through this activity.

With the addition of the Brass Products Division, Spinco has the ability to offer brass refrigerant components and copper fabricated products manufactured and assembled at one location. Lower costs to our customers result from this ability and sets us apart from our copper tube fabrication and brass component competitors. Our customers can reduce the amount of individual parts purchased and reduce their supplier base by using Spinco Metal Products.
